was made from partially (15%) botrytized fruit harvested on the whole original Kupp hill and was fermented down to fully sweet levels of residual sugar (95 g/l)

and vegetable dishes featuring asparagus

but we think this wine would also stand up to some powerfully spiced pork dishes

Nose of saddle leather, tar, oregano sage, black cherry. The Palate is wonderfully rich and broad, with dark berries and sneaky tannins on the finish.
